		<description>I agree with you completely about the stellar customer service in the Disney theme parks.  In the 20+ tmes we have gone to Walt Disney World in Orlando over the last 30 years, my family and I have NEVER had a bad experience with any cast member.  That is a company I would be proud to be associated with, and hope to be so, when I retire from my first career in 2012.</description>
